Remembering Today is the one year anniversary of my best friend Presley's death. I wasn't here last year, in Canada, to be with my friends and to help everyone deal. Last year has got to have been the toughest year of my life thus far. I'm so grateful to be home this year to spend this memorial with my best friends. Lala and I have organized a Glowing Balloon Release tonight for Proost and I think it will be a beautifully tragic night that everyone will enjoy and cherish, even though we wish we didn't have to. Happy to be Home Back in Canada in my lovely little town, getting back into the flow of things. I'm in the middle of some schooling to become a Advanced First Aid attendant, will be sent out to camp for work in the next coming months.. Hah should be a hoot.. Other than that, I've ordered a new lens: 50mm f/1.8.. Rather exciting INDEED. Next on my list will be the 700 dollarish Nikon Micro. In time, in time. I've been asked to do the photos for a wedding this summer, so that should be fun stuff. I'm still not done my course with the Photography Institute cuz I'm a laaaazyyy ass.
